Who can join HKAIIA?
HKAIIA welcomes Hong Kong-registered companies, professionals, researchers, entrepreneurs, and full-time students of all ages. Membership is by referral — you must be referred by a current HKAIIA member or honorary advisor. Final approval is subject to endorsement by the Executive Committee.
How long does approval take?
Applications are typically processed within 7 working days. Once your application form, supporting documents, and payment are received, the Executive Committee will review and confirm your membership.
What documents do I need to apply?
You will need to submit a completed application form, proof of your Business Registration (for corporate members) or Hong Kong ID (for associate and student members), and a business card if applicable. All documents should be emailed to info@aiiahk.com.
Can I switch membership tiers?
Yes. If your circumstances change, you can request a tier change by contacting the HKAIIA secretariat at info@aiiahk.com. Changes take effect at the next renewal period.
Is the membership fee refundable?
No. The membership fee is non-refundable once registration is completed. Please ensure you have selected the correct tier before submitting your application and payment.
