Professional Background
With a Master’s degree in Technical Documentation and over 20 years of experience in Asia — having lived in Beijing, Shanghai, and primarily Hong Kong — Michael combines deep regional expertise with a global outlook.

He spent 7 years in the trading industry before pursuing his entrepreneurial path, co-founding Impala Services and Pergamon Labs. Today, he leads these companies as CEO in delivering technical documentation services and pioneering AI-powered SaaS solutions for global manufacturers and retailers.

Association Leadership
Michael is Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong Artificial Intelligence Industries Association (HKAIIA), where he also serves as Chair of the Manufacturer Committee and Chair of the International Relations Committee.

In these roles, he drives cross-sector collaboration, connects Hong Kong manufacturers with global partners, and strengthens the association’s international outreach.

Chamber Engagement

He is also a Board Member of the German Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong, Co-Chair of its AI Working Group (AIWG) and Sustainability Working Group (ESGWG), and an active member of both the Sourcing and SME Committees.

Michael co-leads the "AI Business Transformation Blueprint" within the AIWG, a highly practical framework that helps companies assess readiness, align leadership, and define pathways for successful AI adoption.
