Dr. Brian Li

Dr. Li is the Vice Chairman and Executive Vice President of the Hong Kong-listed Gold Peak Technology Group Limited and the Executive Vice President of the Singapore-listed GP Industries Limited. The Group’s “GP Batteries”, “KEF” and “Celestion” brands are renowned within their respective markets. He has been engaging in the electronic engineering and manufacturing industry internationally and in China for over 45 years. He is the executive vice chairman of the Hong Kong Electronic Industries Association and a council member of the Hong Kong Electronics Industry Council of the Federation of Hong Kong Industries.

 

Dr. Li currently serves as a member of the Co-operative Education Centre of City University of Hong Kong and a member of the advisory committee for the Department of Electronic Engineering of The Chinese University of Hong Kong.  He is also a member of The Industrial Advisory Committee for the Department of Industrial Engineering and Decision Analytics of The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a member of the Electronic and Information Engineering Programme Board of Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education.

 

Dr Li is an honorary fellow of City University of Hong Kong and a fellow of The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of British Columbia, Canada, a Master’s degree in Global Business with Dean’s Honour from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Doctor of Business Administration degree from City University of Hong Kong.
