HKAIIA Delegation Visit to AgentCon Hong Kong at HKIIT

Upon invitation from the Vocational Training Council (VTC), HKAIIA joined the AgentCon Hong Kong event at the Hong Kong Institute of Information Technology (HKIIT), Tsing Yi, as part of the AgentCon World Tour.

During a focused visit from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., HKAIIA representatives engaged with HKIIT and MaivenPoint to explore how Hong Kong can plug into a broader regional AI talent and deployment ecosystem.

The discussion covered opportunities for follow-up exchanges where each party will deliver themed presentations, and identified collaboration directions in AI talent development, industrial AI transformation and cross-border edtech transfer.

Building on MaivenPoint's regional AI workforce architecture and HKIIT's training capabilities, the parties explored how Hong Kong can serve as a high-demand deployment hub within a Singapore–Hong Kong–ASEAN talent corridor.
