Mr. Johnny Ho

Mr. Johnny Ho returned to Hong Kong after completing his studies in 2000 and joined Kong On Security Company Limited as Director, with core business covering security guarding and planning.

Since joining Kong On Security, Mr. Ho has been dedicated to developing security-related services and raising industry standards. Over the past decade, he has continuously established companies in various business sectors and founded Kong On Group in 2009, developing an increasingly diversified portfolio under sound corporate management principles. New businesses include property management, professional agency, cleaning services, human resources, talent management, training academy, pest control, public health management, and technology development.

Personal Honours and Professional Qualifications: Forbes China Outstanding Enterprises – Elite of the Entrepreneur (2022). Fellow Member & Certified Property Manager (F. CPM) of HKICPM.

Over the past decade, in addition to providing daily services to numerous prominent enterprises in Hong Kong, Kong On Group and its subsidiaries have also provided security services for major national and government events held in Hong Kong, including the 2008 Beijing Olympics Hong Kong Equestrian Events, the 2009 East Asian Games, and the 2012 Buddha Relic Exhibition.

Mr. Ho is passionate about public welfare and concerned about Hong Kong's long-term development. In addition to continuously donating to various Hong Kong charities and promoting community activities, he co-founded the International Creative Industries Alliance in 2010 with distinguished professionals from various industries.

Mr. Ho also co-founded the Security Industry Chamber of Commerce in 2011, vigorously promoting the development, technology application, and personnel quality enhancement of the security industry. He has been elected Chairman for five consecutive terms since 2016.

Mr. Ho is also the convenor of the Joint Business Associations Council, with members from over 80 trade associations across different industries throughout Hong Kong.
